ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, order processing may take slightly longer than usual. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.
SHIPPING TIMES
House of Kronaar works with multiple warehouse and fulfillment partners, including domestic and overseas facilities. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, shipping destination, and carrier performance.
United States Shipping
Estimated delivery times:

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING RATES
House of Kronaar offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
Additional shipping options, expedited services, or international shipping charges, if available, may be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
We may also offer limited-time shipping promotions or special shipping options. Any available shipping options will be shown during checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Because some products may ship from different warehouse locations, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.
There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may contact you for verification, which may delay order processing.
House of Kronaar is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability may vary depending on destination and product availability.
Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing, local courier services, and destination-country regulations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging so we can review the issue.
