Shipping. Free within the U.S., processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for U.S.-warehoused styles or 5–10 business days for overseas-warehoused styles. Tracking arrives by email once your order ships, and split shipments never add cost.
Returns. U.S. orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery. You cover return postage, shipping and handling fees aren't refundable, and we don't offer exchanges. Orders delivered outside the U.S. are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds on non-defective items.
Eligibility. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Final-sale items — including swimwear, intimates, beauty, and jewelry — aren't eligible for non-defective returns. Return authorization is required before shipping anything back; non-compliant returns may be declined or charged a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Cancellations. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase — once an order is packed or shipped, it can't be modified.
