Refund Policy

At House of Kronaar, we want customers to shop with confidence. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and damaged-item claims are handled for orders placed through our store.

1. United States Orders

We accept returns for eligible orders delivered within the United States.

Return Window

To be eligible for a return, you must request a return within 7 calendar days after the delivery date shown by the carrier.

For orders delivered in multiple packages, the return period begins on the date the final package is marked as delivered.

Once your return request has been approved and return instructions have been issued, the item must be shipped within 7 calendar days.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Free from stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, or signs of use

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • Returned in the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label, where provided

We do not offer exchanges. To obtain a different size, color, or item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable and Final-Sale Items

The following products are final sale and cannot be returned for non-defective reasons:

  • Beauty products

  • Bodysuits

  • Face masks

  • Intimates and lingerie

  • Jewelry

  • Swimwear

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags or required packaging

Return Shipping and Fees

Returns are accepted by mail only.

For eligible non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will review the claim and provide appropriate instructions. Where applicable, we may provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements may be declined or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price.

Do not send any item back before receiving return authorization and instructions from House of Kronaar. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund Processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after refund processing for the funds to appear in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

2. Orders Delivered Outside the United States

For orders delivered outside the United States, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-defective items delivered outside the United States.

This includes, but is not limited to, returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Colour preference

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Delayed delivery after the package has been shipped

  • Items that do not meet personal expectations

No return shipping labels are provided for international orders.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the country where the order is delivered.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label

  • A description of the issue

We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution. Resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or other remedy where appropriate.

4. Return Requests

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, packed, shipped, or entered fulfillment.

6. Policy Changes

House of Kronaar may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of purchase will apply to your order, subject to applicable law.
