Do you offer complimentary USA delivery?

House of Kronaar currently highlights complimentary delivery across the USA. Final shipping options, rates, and any active shipping promotions will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on product availability, warehouse location, and destination. U.S. warehouse products may arrive in approximately 2–5 business days, while overseas warehouse products may take approximately 5–10 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Some products may ship from different warehouse locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates. There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 1 day of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed, packed, shipped, or entered production with a fulfillment partner. To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and checkout email.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns, replacements, refunds, or exchanges may be accepted when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a verified manufacturing issue. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size?

If you ordered the wrong size, the item may not be eligible for a refund for sizing preference alone. However, eligible clothing items may qualify for a one-time size exchange or store credit when the request is submitted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Are any items not eligible for return or exchange?

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a verified manufacturing issue. This may include swimwear, intimate apparel, hygiene-sensitive items, jewelry, beauty products, personal-use accessories, gift cards, final sale items, and items that have been worn, washed, altered, used, stained, scented, or damaged after delivery.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, checkout email, a short explanation of the issue, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging or shipping label. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.

How do I choose the right size?

Please review the product description, size information, available variants, and product measurements before ordering. Sizing may vary by item, so checking each product page carefully is recommended.
